July Goings-On

Our munchkin turned 4 in July and it was a great day to celebrate. His requests were pretty easy...chocolate chip pancakes, PriceSmart and McDonald's. We ended up throwing in a fun time with friends at the movies too, but we were able to accomplish his requests.

Yep, wrapped his gifts in bread bags.

Ben spoke at a Panama Relocation Tour at our favorite restaurant here in Volcan called Burricos. It's yummy and it was fun to meet people who are potentially moving here.

The prettiest kitty puzzle picture. We need to find this girl a name. Nacho doesn't work since she's not a boy.

Gardening in the milk carton jugs. We plant pretty much everything that has seeds and we've watched quite a few grow. We have a few avocado trees coming up from seeds and much more as you can see! It is always growing.

We got together with some other homeschool friends and used the gloves that Mission Regan sent with us and collected all the trash at the park. We filled three huge bags! The park doesn't have trash cans so everyone just throws stuff on the ground, but we had a fun morning helping make one of the parks more beautiful.

Daddy went to PriceSmart and got a new toy for the kids. Or you would think so at least. They had big arguments about who got to use the mops first. Sadly they haven't offered to mop the floors again!

Our house was covered by a beautiful rainbow. I love how the green on the mountain behind the house is lit as well. Beautiful Volcan!

Meet Akihiro!!

We set out the other day with a big surprise for our kids. No one knew what we were doing. It was TOP SECRET . We had been looking on...
